Hotel and restaurant management students win in six categories of the Manila Food and Beverage Expo 2015

From July 22-26, 2015, UST’s students under the participated in competitions, and successfully brought home six awards.Students obtained the “Gold” award for the Cooking Demonstration, Market Basket, Seafood Cookery and Cake Decorating categories, and a “Silver” award for the Mocktail Punch category. A “Special Trophy” was likewise awarded for the Pralines and Truffles category.
